Dear friends! I would like to thank you once again for your support throughout these years, and with respect to wishes from many of you I decided to create another restaurant ‘Don Pablo’ with homemade cuisine located in the heart of Serres Town.
It is a magical place, so homely and warm that you feel like you are at your grandparent’s house. Antiques are located throughout the restaurant entwined with candles, quiet quality music and authentic décor, creating a fairytale atmosphere that will make you want to stay at your table forever…the homemade food in is perfect harmony with home cooked homely food and good wine. The fresh ingredients and herbs are dominant. All of our food is cooked in virgin olive oil and our pasta is Zeas or Barilla. We only use Himalayan salt and only fresh ingredients of the highest quality. The recipes are our own inspiration, as a result of long term experience, imagination and love for what we do.
Our menu is “small but good”. Our philosophy is too always to use everything fresh, we order in small amounts and for this reason some dishes may finish during the day.
There is no freezer at Don Pablo!!!
